Develop videos for social, web, and email platforms that foster human connection to the Elementum brand. The objective was to empathize with planners managing daily supply chain exceptions.

02 — THE APPROACH
The Planned vs Reality approach was born out of the realization that we can plan for an outcome, but do it in a way where we take into account our dynamic world. UpperCloud developed fictional characters, including Calamity Carol, illustrating how adaptability allows professionals to achieve goals despite deviations.
03 — THE OUTCOME
The campaign emphasized adaptability — a core Elementum platform offering. Video content was deployed across social, web, and email channels to humanize the brand.
