Creating media content addressing the human challenges supply chain professionals face through the Planned vs Reality campaign.

01 — THE CHALLENGE

Develop videos for social, web, and email platforms that foster human connection to the Elementum brand. The objective was to empathize with planners managing daily supply chain exceptions.

We can plan for an outcome, but do it in a way where we take into account our dynamic world.

02 — THE APPROACH

The Planned vs Reality approach was born out of the realization that we can plan for an outcome, but do it in a way where we take into account our dynamic world. UpperCloud developed fictional characters, including Calamity Carol, illustrating how adaptability allows professionals to achieve goals despite deviations.

The campaign emphasized adaptability — a core Elementum platform offering. Video content was deployed across social, web, and email channels to humanize the brand.
