At its center is the Youth Wellness Index (YWI) — a validated survey that measures how students are doing and points educators toward the resources and training their classrooms actually need.

The Sacramento CORE (Cannabis Opportunity Reinvestment and Equity) program supports individuals and communities affected by the historical disparate enforcement of cannabis crimes. It offers training, technical assistance, and financial resources to help aspiring cannabis entrepreneurs overcome barriers to entering the industry. The program fosters equity, inclusivity, and local ownership in Sacramento's growing cannabis sector, empowering grassroots businesses and communities to thrive.
