Team Summit
One of the cornerstones in our culture building internally has been our Team Summits, initiated since the company's inception and continuously evolving.
01 — THE CHALLENGE
Originally created to balance remote work challenges, these summits needed to provide opportunities for teams to connect physically and understand organizational mission through intentional design and measurable outcomes.

02 — THE APPROACH
Minimum 2-3 nights at a destination, led by an elected team member who establishes a guiding theme. Includes varying group activities, icebreakers, workshops, presentations, and reflective exercises structured around four main activity categories: Group Activity, Small Teams, Centering, and Reflection.
03 — THE OUTCOME
The Summit assists in creating a greater depth of understanding of one another as well as the organization's mission. Teams build stronger relationships, learn new skills, receive training, and improve morale and productivity.
